Six CRM affiliate programs compared by payout model, commission window, cookie and audience fit: HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Zoho and Freshworks.

CRM software is one of the few B2B categories where a single referral can keep paying you for a year. A sales team that signs up for six seats rarely leaves after month one, so recurring revenue share on CRM subscriptions compounds in a way most bounty offers can't. The catch is that CRM programs differ far more than their headline percentages suggest: who counts as "new", how long the commission runs, and when the money actually lands.
This guide is for B2B publishers: SaaS review sites, sales and marketing blogs, consultants and course creators whose readers choose software for a team. We compare six CRM affiliate programs by payout model, commission window, cookie and audience fit, using each vendor's own program page and Affground's listing data.

CRM sits at the centre of how a sales team works. Once contacts, deals and automations live inside one tool, switching costs are high, which is exactly what makes a recurring commission valuable to an affiliate.
Three things set CRM apart from consumer SaaS:
If you are new to how recurring deals are structured, start with our explainer on revenue share and the broader recurring commission programs list.
| Program | Commission | Commission window | Cookie | Platform | Minimum payout |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot | 30% recurring | Up to 1 year | 180 days (per HubSpot's page) | Impact | $10 |
| Pipedrive | 20% (Rising), 30% (Growth), custom (Power) | First 12 months | 90 days | PartnerStack | $5 |
| ActiveCampaign | 20–30% recurring, tiered | Up to 12 months | 90 days | PartnerStack | $100 |
| Keap | 20% recurring | One year | 90 days | PartnerStack | $5 |
| Zoho | 15% recurring, up to 20% at higher tiers | First year | 90 days | In-house portal | $100 |
| Freshworks | 15% of monthly deal value + $5 per valid lead | First 12 months | 90 days | PartnerStack | $5 |
Rates and terms come from each program's official page or Affground's verified listing record at the time of writing. Programs change terms, so confirm the current version inside the dashboard before you build a campaign around a number.
Every program here is fundamentally a capped recurring model: you earn a percentage of what the customer pays, but only for roughly the first year. None of them pays for the life of the account. That puts the real difference in three places.
Tier mechanics. Pipedrive and HubSpot both start at a base rate and reward volume. Pipedrive's Growth tier (30%) requires 2–5 sales a month for at least six months in a row; HubSpot moves you from Starter to Sprocket at 30–99 sign-ups a month, sustained for three months. Most content publishers will spend their first year at the entry tier, so model earnings on the base rate.
Hybrid payouts. Freshworks is the only program here that pays for leads as well as sales: $5 per valid lead on top of 15% of deal value. That cushions the long CRM sales cycle, because you see some revenue before a trial converts. HubSpot's Sprocket tier can also add a cost-per-sign-up component, subject to restrictions.
Payout timing. Recurring programs pay in arrears. Pipedrive, for example, locks a commission on the 7th of the month two months after the customer's transaction and pays on the 13th, so a March sale is paid in May. Keap pays after a referral stays active for at least two months. Budget for a two-to-three-month lag before cash shows up. Our guide to how affiliate payouts work covers these holds in detail.

Up to 30% recurring commission for up to 12 months
HubSpot's program is managed on Impact and pays 30% recurring for up to a year, with HubSpot's own page advertising a 180-day cookie and a $10 withdrawal minimum. Because HubSpot sells marketing, sales, service and content tools on one platform, it fits almost any business-software audience, not just sales readers. The free CRM tier helps conversion but means many sign-ups start at $0; your commission comes when they upgrade. It's the default pick for generalist B2B publishers.
Pipedrive is a pipeline-first CRM for small and mid-sized sales teams, and its program is clear: 20% of first-year revenue (including add-ons) at the Rising tier, 30% at Growth, custom terms beyond that, with a 90-day cookie on PartnerStack. Pipedrive asks for a professional website or social channel with a B2B focus, and says applications typically take one to two weeks. Strong for "best sales CRM" and pipeline-management content.
ActiveCampaign is best known for marketing automation, with CRM built in. Its PartnerStack program pays 20–30% recurring for up to 12 months, tiered by performance, with a 90-day cookie and a higher $100 payout minimum. It suits publishers who write about email marketing and lifecycle automation as much as sales; see our email marketing affiliate programs list for the adjacent set.
Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) combines contact management, email and sales automation for small service businesses. Its program pays 20% recurring for one year, and Affground's listing also records bounties reported up to $250 per qualifying referral. Payouts run through PartnerStack after a referral stays active for at least two months. It fits coaches, consultants and small-business audiences better than enterprise sales readers.
Zoho runs its program on its own portal rather than a network. It pays 15% recurring for the first year, rising to 20% at higher tiers, with a $100 minimum and a maturation period before payment. The appeal is breadth: Zoho CRM sits alongside dozens of business apps, so a single partnership covers many review topics. It's especially relevant for budget-conscious and international SMB audiences.
Freshworks sells Freshsales CRM alongside Freshdesk and Freshservice. Its PartnerStack program pays 15% of monthly deal value for the first 12 months plus $5 per valid lead, with a 90-day cookie. The lead payment makes it the most forgiving option for newer sites that send traffic but haven't yet built the authority to close many paid conversions.
Match the program to the reader, not the headline rate.
| If your audience is mostly… | Lead with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| General marketers and business owners | HubSpot | Broadest product fit, long cookie |
| Sales managers and small sales teams | Pipedrive | Pipeline-first product, clear tiers |
| Email and lifecycle marketers | ActiveCampaign | Automation-led CRM |
| Coaches, consultants, service SMBs | Keap | Built for small-business automation |
| Cost-sensitive or international SMBs | Zoho | Broad suite, in-house program |
| Newer sites with traffic but few sales | Freshworks | Per-lead payout cushions the cycle |
Then run a quick check before committing a page to one vendor: does the free trial or free tier convert into paid plans your readers would actually buy, does the cookie cover a typical evaluation, and can you hit the payout minimum within a reasonable time? A $100 threshold on a program you send two sales a quarter can delay cash for months.
For most B2B publishers, HubSpot and Pipedrive are the strongest starting pair: one covers the broad business-software reader, the other the dedicated sales-team buyer. Add Freshworks if you need earlier revenue from leads, and ActiveCampaign or Keap when your audience leans toward automation and small business. Judge every program on commission window, payout timing and audience fit, not the top-tier rate on the landing page.
HubSpot and Pipedrive both pay 30%, but Pipedrive's 30% is its Growth tier, which requires 2–5 sales a month for six months in a row. HubSpot's 30% recurring for up to a year applies from its Starter tier. ActiveCampaign reaches 30% at its top performance tier.
None of the six programs covered here pays for the life of the account. HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Zoho and Freshworks all cap recurring commission at roughly the first 12 months of a referred customer.
Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Keap and Freshworks run their affiliate programs on PartnerStack. HubSpot uses Impact, and Zoho runs its program on its own in-house portal.
HubSpot's affiliate page currently advertises a 180-day cookie window alongside 30% recurring commission for up to one year. Check the program policies in your dashboard for the current terms.
Usually you need a professional online presence. Pipedrive, for example, requires a relevant professional website or at least one appropriate professional social channel with a B2B focus, and says applications typically take one to two weeks to process.
Recurring CRM programs pay in arrears. Pipedrive locks commissions on the 7th of the month two months after the customer's transaction and pays on the 13th, and Keap pays after a referral stays active for at least two months. Expect a two-to-three-month lag.
It can be, but sales cycles are long and free tiers can delay paid conversions. Freshworks is the most forgiving starting point because it pays $5 per valid lead in addition to its revenue share.
