HilltopAds

HilltopAds monetizes web and mobile traffic with popunder, in-page push, video VAST and direct-link formats, paying weekly on NET7 terms from a $20 minimum.

HilltopAds is a traffic monetization platform aimed at publishers whose inventory does not fit premium display — arbitrage, streaming, file-sharing and international content sites. Its strongest formats are popunder and video, including VAST pre-roll and a video slider unit that works on pages with no video player of their own.

Payments are unusually fast for the category. The billing period is weekly and NET7 terms mean publishers are paid every Tuesday, seven days after the period closes. The minimum is $20 across most methods, rising to $50 for Bitcoin and $1,000 for wire transfer. Payment options include PayPal, Paxum, Capitalist, WebMoney, USDT and Bitcoin.
